The Oil Lubrication System is designed to serve mill reduction gearboxes and pinion gearbox housings with centralized lubrication. Each system includes its own reservoir, dual pumps (one running and one standby) with electrical motors, coarse and fine oil filters (strainers), plate or tube type heat exchangers for cooling, and piping to transport oil to gearbox nozzles and return by gravity flow. This ensures reliable lubrication, reduced wear, and efficient cooling during continuous steel mill operations.
